SUVs are gaining popularity around the world, and that is the reason why many brands are focusing on this particular segment. This is not just limited to the ICE segment, as brands are also launching more electric SUVs since they are more appealing to customers. After Maruti Suzuki, Toyota is also gearing up to launch its first electric SUV in the Indian market. The eBella is actually a rebadged version of the Maruti Suzuki eVitara. It is mechanically the same, but Toyota offers a different exterior design, which gives the SUV a unique look and character.
The eBella comes with features like a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, ventilated front seats, a 10-way power-adjustable driver’s seat, a fixed panoramic glass roof, and a 10-speaker JBL audio system, among others.
Toyota will offer the eBella with a 49 kWh battery pack, producing 144 PS and 189 Nm of torque, with a range of 440 km. The 61 kWh battery pack version will generate 174 PS and 189 Nm of torque, with a range of 543 km. The Toyota eBella is expected to be launched in the market next month.

This D+ segment SUV comes with a host of premium features like leather upholstery, electric seats with a massage function, a panoramic sunroof, Level 2 ADAS, a touchscreen infotainment system, multi-zone climate control, and more.
It is an extremely capable SUV both on and off the road. It comes with a low-range transfer case, 10 driving modes, and 810 mm water-wading capacity. It is powered by a 2.0-litre twin-turbo diesel engine that generates 215 bhp and 480 Nm of torque.

The updated SUV will come with a revised front end, which includes new headlamps, grille, LED DRLs with a connecting light bar, along with a revised bumper, fog lamps, and tail lamps.
The alloy wheels might also get a new design, and on the inside, we expect the SUV to come with a new colour theme, while everything else is likely to remain the same in terms of design.
Volkswagen is also expected to include features like a panoramic sunroof and a rear seat massager, similar to what we have seen on Skoda models, along with multiple safety features. The SUV will continue to be offered with the same turbo petrol engine options.
The 1.0-litre TSI engine will generate 115 PS and 178 Nm of peak torque and will be available with a 6-speed manual and a new 8-speed automatic transmission. The 1.5-litre TSI engine will generate 150 PS and 250 Nm of torque and will be paired with a 7-speed DSG.
