Stellantis Group, which owns a number of popular carmakers including the American SUV maker Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Maserati, and many others, is soon going to launch 6 new cars in India. These will include three EVs from Leapmotor, a Chinese EV maker which has a joint venture with Stellantis, and three SUVs from Jeep. So, without any delay, here are the details of the upcoming 6 cars from Stellantis.

The first product from Leapmotor will be the T03. It will be a compact electric hatchback-crossover that will take on the Tata Punch.ev and Citroen eC3. Internationally, the T03 is offered with two battery pack options. The first is a 31.9 kWh LFP battery offering a claimed range of 310 km. Meanwhile, the larger 41.3 kWh battery will offer up to 403 km of range.
In terms of the features, it will come offered with a large touchscreen infotainment system, a digital instrument cluster, connected car technology, a sunroof, automatic climate control, and Level 2 ADAS, which will be the first time for a vehicle of this segment.
Presently in China, the T03 starts at around Rs 7.8 lakh. So, if Stellantis can manage to localise its production effectively through CKD assembly at its Ranjangaon facility, we could see it being priced between Rs 9 lakh and Rs 13 lakh in India. The launch is expected in late 2026 or early 2027.

Next up in the Leapmotor lineup will be the C10 electric SUV. This SUV will become Leapmotor's flagship offering for India, and it will compete against the Hyundai Creta Electric, Mahindra BE 6, Maruti e Vitara, MG Windsor EV, and Tata Sierra.ev. The SUV will be based on a modern 800V high-voltage architecture and come equipped with a large 74.9 kWh battery pack.
It will offer a claimed range of 605 km, and it will also support ultra-fast charging. As per the reports, it will charge the battery from 30 to 80 percent in just 16 minutes. Powering the C10 will be a single electric motor, which will produce 295 bhp. As for its sprint from 0-100 kmph, it will just take 5.9 seconds.
On the inside, the C10 will boast a minimalist cabin and feature a massive 14.6-inch touchscreen infotainment display, a premium 12-speaker audio system, a digital instrument cluster, a panoramic glass roof, powered seats, and ADAS Level 2. Its expected pricing could range between Rs 25 lakh and Rs 35 lakh, and its launch will most likely take place by 2027.

The third vehicle that will be launched by Leapmotor in India will be the B10 compact SUV. This model will sit below the C10 and target buyers who want a stylish and technology-packed electric SUV. It will be built on the company's latest Leap 3.5 modular architecture.
This electric SUV will also feature the advanced 800V electrical system. Its battery options will include a 56.2 kWh pack, which will provide up to 510 km of range. The other will be a larger 67.1 kWh battery capable of offering around 600 km on a single charge.
The B10's feature list will also be extensive, and it will include power-adjustable seats, a 12-speaker premium audio system, wireless charging pads, a 360-degree camera, connected car technology, a panoramic sunroof, and a large touchscreen infotainment system. Pricing is expected to be between Rs 18 lakh and Rs 25 lakh.

Apart from EVs, the Stellantis-owned Jeep is also gearing up to reintroduce its petrol powertrains in India. The Compass, which currently comes only with a 2.0-litre diesel engine, will soon get Tata Motors' new 1.5-litre TGDI Hyperion turbo-petrol engine.
This direct-injection engine is expected to produce 168 bhp and 280 Nm of torque. As for the transmission choices, they will include a six-speed manual gearbox and a six-speed torque-converter automatic transmission. The addition of this petrol engine will make the Compass more affordable to own and attract buyers from cities where petrol SUVs dominate sales.
Apart from the new engine, the Compass is expected to offer the same premium cabin, panoramic sunroof, ADAS features, digital displays, and other features. Most likely, it will be launched around the festive season.

Like the Compass, Jeep will also be offering the Meridian 7-seater SUV with the new Hyperion petrol engine. Since its launch, the Meridian has only been available with a diesel engine. As a result of this, its market has always been very small. However, with the offering of the new petrol engine, more buyers will get lured into buying this SUV.
The upcoming petrol version will use the same 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine, which will make 168 bhp and 280 Nm of torque. Both manual and automatic gearbox options are expected to be offered with the Meridian petrol. Once launched later this year, it will rival the Tata Safari, MG 520, and Mahindra XUV 7XO.

Coming to the last vehicle on this list, it will be an all-new affordable SUV from Jeep. This SUV is being jointly developed with Tata Motors. This model is expected to make its debut around 2028 and will be engineered, developed, and manufactured in India, and will be exported to other countries.
Presently, Stellantis has not officially confirmed the platform on which it will be built. However, reports have suggested that it could use Tata Motors' ARGOS architecture, which currently underpins the new Tata Sierra. This platform will support internal combustion, hybrid, and electric powertrains and will also be compatible with AWD systems.
The new SUV is expected to come powered by the 1.5-litre Hyperion turbo-petrol engine, the same as the Sierra and the upcoming Jeep Compass. Following this, we could also see an all-electric version in the lineup. As it is being developed in India with a lot of localisation, this SUV is expected to be priced far more competitively than current Jeep products. Most likely, it will be priced under Rs 20 lakh.
