Hyundai Motor India Limited, in order to boost the sales of its already high-selling mid-size SUV Creta, recently launched the Summer Edition variants to its lineup. Well, now these updated models have started arriving at dealerships, and recently a video showing the EX (O) variant of this SUV was shared online. The vlogger shows all the 7 new updates that have been added to this SUV.
The detailed video walkaround of the newly launched Hyundai Creta EX(O) Summer Edition has been shared on YouTube by Drive Expo 0004 on their channel. It starts off with the vlogger mentioning that the Creta Summer Edition variants have now started arriving at the dealerships. He explains that the base E variant has not received any new updates.

However, the changes start from the EX variant onwards. He mentions that the EX variant now gets a push start-stop button and keyless entry. Meanwhile, the S and S (O) variants now get a factory-fitted dashcam. There are other updates on the variants above as well. Following the introduction, the vlogger then starts showing the changes on the EX (O) variant.
To start, he firstly shows the front fascia of the Creta EX (O) Summer Edition. He states that the biggest change is the addition of LED DRLs and the LED connecting light bar in the middle. Previously, there used to be a black strip in the middle. Also, this model gets LED headlights instead of the projector halogen headlights. Apart from these, the rest of the front fascia remains the same, with a matte black grille with gloss black surrounds.
Moving to the side profile, the vlogger highlights that this variant now gets 16-inch styled alloy steel wheels with dual-tone wheel caps, which give it an appearance similar to alloy wheels seen on higher variants. Additionally, the SUV also gets manually foldable but electrically adjustable ORVMs, a request sensor on the driver side, and no roof rails.

Finally, he shows the rear end of this SUV and mentions that it gets new connected LED taillights in the rear, along with a reverse parking camera and sensors. The vlogger states that although Hyundai has launched this and other updated variants as Summer Edition variants, there are no specific badges on the outside highlighting this.

Moving to the interior of this SUV, the presenter states that the overall cabin of this variant looks almost the same as higher variants. Its main highlights include a remote button with a push start-stop button and the panoramic sunroof. Meanwhile, it still continues to get an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, steering-mounted buttons, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a digital instrument gauge cluster, and many others.
The Creta EX (O) Summer Edition is available with both the 1.5-litre petrol engine making 115 PS and 148 Nm of torque and the 1.5-litre diesel making 116 PS and 250 Nm of torque. Both get manual and automatic gearbox options. As for the pricing, the EX (O) variant has been priced at Rs 13,13,400 (1.5 Petrol MT), Rs 14,48,900 (1.5 Petrol IVT), Rs 14,69,400 (1.5 Diesel MT), and Rs 16,04,400 (1.5 Diesel AT).
