So far in this year of 2026, we have seen a number of hit car launches. Now, in the coming two months, we will be seeing four new car launches which have been in the talks for a long time now. So, if you are someone who is interested in knowing which four new cars will be launched in the coming two months, then you have come to the right spot.

The first one on this list is the highly anticipated Tata Sierra.ev. It will be one of the most important launches for Tata Motors this year. This new SUV will be based on the Acti.ev+ architecture and will boast the same iconic design cues of the original Sierra. When compared to the ICE model, the EV will get a closed-off front grille, unique alloy wheels, connected LED lighting elements, flush-type door handles, and EV-specific detailing.
On the inside, the Sierra EV is expected to share its design and layout with the ICE version. However, it will get EV-specific graphics and software. Its main highlights will include a triple-screen dashboard setup, ventilated front seats, a panoramic sunroof, a premium audio system, a powered driver’s seat, connected car technology, and Level 2 ADAS.
Tata is also expected to offer Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) and Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) charging functions. It has been reported that Tata could offer the Sierra.ev with a 65 kWh battery pack, which most likely will offer it a claimed driving range of around 500-550 km. It could also get a dual-motor all-wheel-drive variant. Its expected pricing is in the range of Rs 20 lakh to Rs 30 lakh (ex-showroom).

The Japanese automaker Nissan will finally re-enter the highly competitive mid-size SUV segment with the all-new Tekton. It will be based on the latest-generation Renault Duster. It has been reported that the Tekton has been internally nicknamed the “Baby Patrol”. This is because, although it will be sharing its platform and mechanicals with the Duster, the Tekton will get completely different styling and will be inspired by Nissan's flagship SUV, Patrol.
It will feature a bold front fascia with a large grille, sleek headlamps, distinctive LED DRLs, chunky bumpers, squared wheel arches, and a muscular stance. At the rear, it will get connected LED tail lamps and a rugged bumper design. The interior is expected to look very similar to the Duster, but it will most likely come with Nissan-specific design touches and materials.
As for the features, the list is expected to include a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, built-in Google services, a panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, wireless charging, a 360-degree camera, 48-colour ambient lighting, an electronic parking brake, and Level 2 ADAS.
The Tekton will be based on Renault Group’s advanced RGMP platform, and its engine options will be the same as the Duster. It is expected to come powered by a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine, which will produce 98 hp and 160 Nm, and a 1.3-litre turbo-petrol engine that will make 163 bhp and 280 Nm. A strong-hybrid version with a 1.8-litre engine will be launched later. Pricing of the Tekton is expected to be in the range of Rs 10.5 lakh to Rs 18.5 lakh.

Another EV on this list is from the South Korean automotive giant Kia, which is currently preparing to launch its most affordable electric vehicle in India, the Syros EV. It will become the brand’s second mass-market EV and will directly rival the Tata Nexon.ev and the newly launched Mahindra XUV 3XO EV.
The Syros EV will be heavily based on the ICE-powered Syros. It will boast the same boxy silhouette and tall-boy proportions. However, it will feature a number of EV-specific touches, such as redesigned bumpers, aero-efficient alloy wheels, and a front-fender-mounted charging port.
The cabin is expected to remain almost the same as the standard ICE model. However, it is believed that Kia could offer some EV-specific themes, displays, and upholstery options. Its list of features will include dual 12.3-inch displays, touch-based climate controls, a panoramic sunroof, ventilated seats, a 360-degree camera, connected car technology, and possibly Level 2 ADAS. V2L and V2V functions are also expected.
The Syros EV will continue to use Kia’s K1 platform. As for the battery pack options, it is expected to be offered with 42 kWh and 49 kWh packs, which are similar to those available on the international Kia Inster EV. The setup will be front-wheel-drive. Most likely, Kia will price the Syros EV in the range of Rs 15 lakh to Rs 20 lakh to make sure that it can be competitive against its established rivals.

Last on this list is the Skoda Slavia facelift, which will be Skoda’s next major update after the launch of the Kushaq facelift. The spy shots of this sedan have revealed that the changes are expected to be evolutionary rather than revolutionary. These changes will include a revised front fascia with a flatter grille, an updated bumper design, and refreshed lighting elements.
The sedan is also expected to boast a set of new alloy wheel designs and fresh exterior colour options. At the rear, we can expect connected LED tail lamps and a new rear bumper. On the inside, the Slavia facelift will feature the same updates as the recently launched Kushaq facelift.
These will include a revised infotainment interface, updated cabin materials, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, and additional comfort features. Mechanically, the Slavia will continue to offer the same 1.0-litre and 1.5-litre TSI turbo-petrol engines.
The major update will be the introduction of a new 8-speed torque-converter automatic gearbox for the 1.0-litre engine. It will replace the current 6-speed automatic. The 1.5-litre turbo-petrol will continue with the 7-speed DSG transmission. As for the expected pricing, it will be in the range of Rs 10 lakh to Rs 19 lakh (ex-showroom).
