
Indian cricket team players have now become true petrolheads and are buying a number of swanky sports cars. The most recent purchase has been made by the popular leg-spin bowler Yuzvendra Chahal, who has added a brand-new BMW Z4 convertible sports car to his collection. He recently shared images of him taking delivery of his sports car with his parents.
The video and images of the delivery of his new BMW Z4 have been shared on X by Yuzi’s official page. In the short video clip shared, his parents can be seen taking the cover off his Z4. He then poses with his parents in front of the vehicle. Another image has been shared by the bowler in which he is seen behind the steering wheel of his BMW Z4.

He has shared the post with a heartfelt caption stating, “Brought my new car home with the two people who made every dream possible. Watching my parents witness and relish this milestone is the real luxury.”

The leg-spin bowler Chahal has chosen the unique shade of Thunder Night Metallic, which is a deep purple color, for his BMW Z4. As for the interior, it is finished in sporty black leather with contrast stitching. The BMW Z4 in India costs Rs 1.16 crore (on-road, Mumbai). It comes equipped with a fabric soft top that can be opened or closed electronically in 10 seconds.

On the outside, the Z4 also features a set of 19-inch alloy wheels. The main highlight of the BMW Z4 is its 3.0-litre, in-line six-cylinder, twin-turbocharged petrol engine. It is capable of producing 335 bhp and 500 Nm of peak torque. The car is mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission and can do the 0–100 kmph sprint in just 4.5 seconds, with a top speed of 250 kmph.

In addition to the BMW Z4, Yuzvendra Chahal also owns a Porsche Cayenne luxury SUV. His Cayenne also has a VIP registration number of “0003”. The exact variant owned by the cricketer is unknown, but it is finished in the classy shade Jet Black Metallic. Powering the Porsche Cayenne is a 3.0-litre turbo V6 engine, which makes 348 bhp and 500 Nm of torque.
