Tata Sierra, which was launched on November 25th, has become one of the most talked about mid-size SUVs in the market. Ever since its launch, people have been waiting to buy it and have wanted to know the real ownership review from people who have already bought it. Recently, a video has been shared online in which the owner of a Tata Sierra 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol variant has shared all the pros and cons of buying this SUV.
The video in which the owner gives his honest opinion on the new Tata Sierra 1.5 NA has been shared on YouTube by Adi Zone on their channel. It starts off with the vlogger introducing the owner of this particular Tata Sierra. He first asks the owner about the exact variant and the price that he paid for it.

To this, the owner then replies that he has chosen the Pure variant of the Sierra with the 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine. He also mentions that he paid Rs 15.51 lakh for this SUV on-road in Gurgaon. For this price, the owner added that he also received side steps, door visors, and 3D mats on the inside. Apart from these, he did not opt for any other accessories.
During the review, the host then asks the owner of the Sierra if he looked at any other options before buying it. As a result, the owner highlighted that he checked out the new 2026 Kia Seltos. However, he felt that not much had changed except for the length. He added that, according to him, the Sierra looks more imposing and offers better road presence.

The owner also added that the Sierra is wider and offers the biggest boot capacity in the segment. Apart from the Seltos, when he was asked if he did not consider a Hyundai Creta, the owner replied that there are two Cretas in his family, so he wanted to change things up a bit and hence opted for the Sierra.
Next, the host questioned the specific reason why the owner opted for the Pure variant of this SUV. To this, he replied that all of the necessary features are offered with this variant. The only notable feature upgrade with the Pure+ variant that sits above it was the panoramic sunroof, which he stated he has no need for. The owner added that sunroofs also reduce the efficiency of the cooling system.

Following this, the host then asks about the engine choice of the 1.5-litre naturally aspirated unit. To this, the owner replied that, according to his needs, this engine was perfect. He stated that he did not opt for the diesel as he stays in the Delhi NCR area and wanted to own his vehicle for more than 15 years.
Additionally, he did not buy the 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine as mileage was a major concern. He also highlighted that although a lot of people assume that the 1.5-litre naturally aspirated engine is a bit underpowered, he thinks that it is more than enough for his needs. Additionally, the owner talked about the driving experience of this SUV and added that the suspension and steering also feel very good and offer a perfect balance of city and highway drives.
