Maruti Suzuki launched their all-new SUV, the Victoris, in the market a few months ago. A detailed review video of the same is also available on our YouTube channel and social media handles. Deliveries for the Victoris have already started, and we have also seen videos of people customizing and modifying the SUV. Here we have one such video where a brand-new Maruti Victoris Smart Hybrid SUV has been modified with 20-inch wheels.
The images have been shared by Creative Wheels and Tyres on their Instagram page. In this post, we see a Maruti Victoris outside their shop in Amritsar, Punjab. The white-coloured Maruti Victoris SUV seen here looks different from the rest. The main reason behind that is the wheels.
The stock wheel size on the Maruti Victoris is 17 inches, but we realized during our drive that these wheels make the SUV look under-tyred for some reason. It is probably because of the large wheel wells and small tyres or the thick cladding around the wheel arches.
Whatever the reason may be, the owner of this particular Victoris decided to get it right. He went ahead and swapped the stock wheels with 20-inch units. The wheels are five-spoke, gunmetal grey in colour, which gives the SUV a sporty look. In fact, the new wheel design, along with the European car-like front end of the Maruti Victoris, gives the SUV a German car (Audi)-like appearance.
The new set of wheels completely changes the stance of the SUV. The workshop has also ensured that the wheels fit well within the body line and are not protruding too much. Apart from the wheels, the customer has also opted for several chrome accessories, which we assume were provided by the dealership.

While we have seen several images of the Victoris with aftermarket wheels, we feel these are the best-looking and cleanest wheels for the model. The Maruti Suzuki Victoris is currently the most feature-loaded SUV from India’s largest car manufacturer. In fact, this is an Arena product that offers more features than most Nexa models.
It is the first Maruti car to get Level 2 ADAS. It is available with two engine options. There is a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated mild-hybrid petrol engine available with a manual and a 6-speed automatic transmission. Select variants of the automatic version also get the AllGrip or AWD feature.
The next is a 1.5-litre, 3-cylinder, strong-hybrid engine paired with an eCVT gearbox. These are the same engine options offered with Maruti Grand Vitara. It offers features like a panoramic sunroof, electrically adjustable driver’s seat, 360-degree camera, HUD, front seat ventilation, automatic climate control, 6 airbags as standard, and more.
The mild-hybrid version also gets a CNG variant, and Maruti has introduced an underbody CNG tank, which helps save space in the boot. Prices for the Maruti Suzuki Victoris start at Rs 10.50 lakh (ex-showroom) and go up to Rs 19.99 lakh (ex-showroom).
