Buying a convertible sports car is not something everyone can do in India. However, there are a number of people who still want to own such a vehicle. Due to this, such people tend to use their talents to modify affordable cars and create something they have always wanted. Recently, we came across one such Maruti Suzuki 800 hatchback, which has now been converted into a Suzuki Cappuccino-like convertible sports car.
This particular video of the Maruti Suzuki 800 converted into a convertible sports car has been shared on YouTube by Magneto 11 on their channel. It starts off with the vlogger mentioning that he generally features cars that are in the process of modification. However, this time around, he is reviewing a completely modified car.

Following the introduction, the vlogger then starts with the exterior design of this 800 convertible. At the front of this sports car is a Suzuki Cappuccino-inspired front fascia and wider wheel arches. He highlights that the headlights are new and have been given aftermarket LED DRLs. The presenter adds that the overall paint condition of the vehicle has deteriorated as it was modified a couple of years ago.
He also shows the custom front bumper, which gets multiple slats, and on the sides, it even has air vents and comes with fog lights. The windshield and front cowl are from the original 800 on which it is based. Next up, the vlogger moves to the side profile of the car and shows the 14-inch dual-tone aftermarket alloy wheels.
The host adds that this vehicle has also been given frameless windows and custom doors. The main highlight of this 800 is the convertible soft top. He mentions that the top has to be removed manually. Following this, he then moves to the rear of the car and shows the rear lights, which have been taken from a Chevrolet Spark hatchback.

Apart from the exterior, the vehicle has been given a custom interior as well. The vlogger first shows the door of this convertible. It can be noted that the majority of the door is finished in the body color, and it has an aftermarket door opening puller. Next up, he shows the unique dashboard, which has been custom-designed for this vehicle.
Other notable highlights of the cabin of this 800 hatchback include two sporty bucket seats and a MOMO steering wheel. In the center console, the vlogger shows the gear lever, seat belt buckles, and two switches for the power windows.

Finally, the presenter shows the engine bay of this vehicle. The main highlight is the bonnet latch position. Instead of opening towards the windshield, it opens the other way around. After opening the bonnet, he mentions that this convertible still uses the same 800cc petrol engine that is offered on the stock Maruti 800.
In the video, the vlogger states that if anyone is interested, they can contact the provided phone number to buy this exact vehicle. Meanwhile, if someone wants to modify a different vehicle, they can also opt to buy a new donor car and get it modified.
