The General Motors Hummer is one of the most popular and iconic SUVs in the world. It might not have topped any sales charts, but it always had a cult-like following. A number of popular athletes and Bollywood stars in India have also owned it. Taking inspiration from them, many people have converted their SUVs into Hummers in India. Recently, a video of one such Mahindra Scorpio converted into a Hummer has been shared online.
The detailed video walkaround of the Mahindra Scorpio-to-Hummer conversion has been shared on YouTube by Mihir Galat on his channel. It starts off with the vlogger introducing the vehicle and its owner, who is an NSG (National Security Guard) commando. He mentions that this particular SUV is currently one of the very few Hummer conversions based on the Scorpio.

Following this, he starts talking with the owner and his friends. They mention that this particular Scorpio was bought back in 2016 and was directly taken to a shop in Mumbai. The SUV was then given custom-made fiberglass body panels, which helped it look like a Hummer.
After this, the vlogger starts showing the exterior design of this SUV. He mentions that at the front, this Scorpio gets a brand-new front fascia, including a Hummer-like multiple-slat grille. This particular grille has also been hydro-dipped with a carbon-fiber design. As for the headlights, they are aftermarket units, and the same is the case with the front fog lights as well.
All of the parts on the front, including the bonnet, fenders, and front bumper, have been made from fiberglass. This SUV also gets a unique yellow part on the bonnet and utilizes the original Scorpio windshield. The vlogger then shows the side profile of this SUV and highlights the addition of new and wider fender flares, which give it the distinctive boxy Hummer appearance.

To make this SUV look more purpose-built, it also gets a set of aftermarket 10-spoke dual-tone alloy wheels wrapped in all-terrain tyres. Next up, the vlogger shows the rear fender of this SUV, which also looks the same as the front. Additionally, this Scorpio has been given custom side steps as well.
Finally, the vlogger moves to the rear of this SUV and mentions that it gets custom taillights too. The owner highlights that, as the vehicle was modified a few years ago, there are some issues that are now coming up. Overall, the vehicle is painted in matte black and has been given Hummer H3 badging around it, making it look more unique.

Following the exterior, the vlogger moves to the interior of this SUV. He mentions that it comes equipped with the same dashboard as the original Scorpio S Series. However, it has now been finished in black, and the steering wheel also gets the H3 badge.
The third-row jump seats of this Scorpio have been removed, and it now also gets captain’s chairs in the middle row. Apart from this, the rest of the cabin looks the same as the standard model.
