Most Indian employees have a complaint against their employer: they are not appreciated enough. However, there are some employees who work in companies where their boss understands the hard work they put in and rewards them with memorable gifts. Recently, one such Indian start-up boss gifted four valuable employees Tata Nexon EVs.
Ankit Barbeta, who is the owner of Innoveg, a start-up that works in the agriculture industry and provides high-quality seeds, shared a video via his Instagram page. In this video, he starts by showing four Tata Motors car keys in his hands. He then mentions that four “warriors” of his company, Innoveg, are getting four Tata Nexon EV SUVs today.

Following this, he adds that they will now see which employee gets which vehicle. The company owner then shuffles the four keys and offers them to the first two employees. They pick one key each, and then the boss once again shuffles the keys and places one in each hand. Finally, the two remaining employees also select the keys, and they start unlocking their cars one by one.

It can be seen that the employees were extremely happy and could not contain their excitement while unlocking and checking out their new cars. All four Tata Nexon EVs were lined up next to each other, and in the middle was a black Tata Harrier.ev as well. Finally, the video also shows the delivery of these Tata Nexons with all the employees of the company at the Tata Motors dealership.
Just a few months ago, the owner of Panchkula, Haryana-based pharmaceutical company Mitskart, M.K. Bhatia, gifted his employees 51 Kia Sonet SUVs. The owner of the company revealed that the company paid the down payment for these Kia Sonet SUVs, and the EMIs will be deducted from the employees’ salary accounts.
He then added that, starting from the next day of the delivery of these cars, all employees will receive the EMI amount in their salary accounts on top of their actual salary. Additionally, the company also provides Rs 2,500 on top of the EMI amount for fuel expenses.
Apart from these 51 Kia Sonet SUVs, back in December last year, as a Christmas bonus, M.K. Bhatia also gifted his employees six brand-new Nissan Magnite SUVs. His other gifts include multiple Tata Punch SUVs and Mahindra Scorpios as well.

In December 2025, a Bengaluru-based company, Mourya Concepts, also gifted six of its valuable employees brand-new Mahindra BE 6 electric SUVs. The company spokesperson stated that the six awardees have been working with Mourya Concepts for over five years and have been independently managing their regional operations. To show appreciation, they were rewarded with these six BE 6 electric SUVs worth Rs 1.5 crore in total.

Similarly, in one of the biggest such gestures, back in 2018, Savji Dholakia, a Surat-based diamond merchant and the owner of Hare Krishna Exporters, gifted his company employees 600 cars in total. Before that, in 2016, he gifted 1,260 cars and 400 flats, along with cash rewards, to his employees.
