Buying a luxury SUV is a dream for many people in India, and a lot of people every year manage to achieve this dream as well. Now, mostly one luxury vehicle is bought at a time by most buyers. However, there are some who do things differently. Recently, a video has gone viral online in which a family was seen taking delivery of not one but two luxury SUVs — a Land Rover Defender 110 and a BMW X3 — on the same day at the same place.
This video showing the delivery of two luxury SUVs at the same place and time has been shared on Instagram by Supercars.rajkot on their page. It starts off with a family including the husband, wife, their son and daughter, along with their grandmother, entering the venue of the delivery. It can be noted that a red carpet leading to both SUVs was laid on the grass.

As for the SUVs, they were hidden inside two collapsible boxes. Following this, the family stood in the middle of these boxes and pulled the ribbons to reveal the SUVs, which were still covered in black cloth. Also, when the boxes collapsed, confetti poppers were blasted, which made the event more special.
Finally, after this, the family first stood in front of the BMW X3 and revealed the SUV finished in a classy shade of black. Soon after, they went to the Land Rover Defender 110 and removed the cover from it. Following this, the son of the owner of these SUVs was handed over the keys to these vehicles one after the other.
The BMW X3 seen in the video is the latest-generation model, which was launched in India back in January of this year. It starts at Rs 75.80 lakh. The exact variant opted for by the family is currently unknown. For the 2025 model year, BMW has completely redesigned the X3.

It now comes with a newly designed illuminated ‘kidney grille’ with diagonal and horizontal slats. The X3 also features sleek headlights with double LED DRLs, newly designed LED taillights, and new alloy wheels. Overall, it looks a lot more modern and futuristic. As for features, it gets a 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen and a 14.9-inch driver display with the iDrive 9 infotainment software.
BMW is offering the X3 with two engine options, both of which are 2.0-litre four-cylinder engines. The 20 xDrive petrol makes 190 bhp and 310 Nm, while the X3 20d xDrive diesel produces 197 bhp and 400 Nm of torque. Both get an 8-speed torque converter automatic gearbox and an AWD system.

As for the other luxury SUV, the family has opted for a Santorini Black-coloured Land Rover Defender 110. This SUV starts at Rs 98 lakh and goes up to Rs 2.42 crore. It comes offered in three body styles — 90 (three-door), 110 (five-door short wheelbase), and 130 (long wheelbase). Engine options include 2.0-litre and 3.0-litre petrol engines, as well as a 3.0-litre diesel engine.

The BMW X3 and Land Rover Defender 110 have been bought by Bankim Kantilal Mehta, who is the owner of Vasuki Global Industries Limited. His company is based in Rajkot, Gujarat, and provides services of procurement, processing, and logistics for industries like cement, steel, and construction.
