Start-Up Founder Gifts First Hire A Mahindra BE6 As New Year Gift [Video]

We often come across reports where people receive expensive gifts from their employers on special occasions. Earlier, this was usually during Diwali and other festivals, but it looks like many companies have now started giving such gifts to their employees as a reward for the dedication they show towards their work. Many startups are also following this trend. Here, we have a video of one such young firm known as Bluorng (Blue-Orange) that recently gifted a brand-new Mahindra BE6 to the first person they hired as a New Year gift.

The video has been shared by Siddhant Sabharwal and Mokam Singh on their Instagram page. They are the founders of Bluorng, which is a lifestyle brand that focuses on Indian streetwear by blending vibrant graphics, comfort, and limited-edition releases. They started operations in 2020 and now have retail stores in many metro cities, along with a strong online presence.

The founders, along with other staff from the company, decided to organise a New Year party as usual. The first person they hired when they started this organisation was Rahul. In the video, we hear one of the founders talk about the kind of dedication Rahul has shown over the years.

It looks like everyone, including Rahul, got a clue from the conversation that he was probably going to get a gift. However, he still did not have any idea what it would be. The founder continued praising his work for a few seconds in the video and then suddenly told him that from the next day onwards, Rahul would not have to take the metro to the office.

The founder then handed him the key to his all-new car, and we see the whole team cheering as he takes the keys. The entire group then walks towards the parking lot, where the car had been parked.

Rahul’s all-new Mahindra BE6 was covered under a satin cloth, and the car was revealed to him in style. Rahul was clearly confused, happy, and excited, which was evident on his face. He checks out the car, and towards the end of the video, we hear him say that he still cannot believe he was gifted a new car and that he is still shaking. It was indeed a surprise for Rahul and, without any doubt, a great way to start the New Year.

The Mahindra BE6 seen in the video is a special car for Rahul, not just because it was gifted to him, but also because it is his first car. The Mahindra BE6 is one of the coolest-looking electric SUVs in the segment, without any doubt.

The exact variant of the BE6 seen here is not known, but we assume that this is the top-end Pack Three variant. The BE6 is loaded to the brim with features and is extremely premium and sporty as well. The 79 kWh battery pack variant of the BE6 generates 282 Bhp and 380 Nm of peak torque.
