Recently, we came across one such individual whose name is Adityaram P., and he is a billionaire real estate mogul who started off with very humble beginnings. Today, he owns a palace, a Rolls-Royce, a Maybach, and many other luxury cars.
The video showing the car collection and the massive palace owned by Adityaram P. has been shared on Instagram by his official page. It starts with a drone shot of the Adityaram Palace, which is located in Panaiyur on the East Coast Road (ECR) in Chennai. We can note this grand palace has a circular driveway, and on it, a number of luxury cars owned by the billionaire Adityaram P. are parked.
At the front of the lineup are the three most expensive cars of this collection. The first is a Rolls-Royce Ghost Series II finished in a classy shade of Petra Gold. Next to it is a dual-tone silver and blue-colored Mercedes-Maybach S580, and on the other side is a Porsche Cayenne.
Other notable cars in this collection include a black Jaguar XF, a black Range Rover Evoque, a golden Volkswagen Virtus GT, a red Honda Elevate, an older-generation BMW X5, and a black last-generation Mercedes-Benz E-Class. All of these cars have been decorated with flower garlands, and the owner, Adityaram P., waves in front of the drone. As mentioned, this particular palace and all the luxury cars seen above are owned by Adityaram P., who is the Founder, Chairman, and Managing Director of Adityaram Group. He is a self-made billionaire entrepreneur and real estate developer. His company, Adityaram Group, has interests in real estate development, infrastructure projects, studios and film production, housing ventures, and many others.
Currently, Adityaram P. is worth around Rs 700 crore; meanwhile, his company is worth around Rs 17,000+ crores. Although today Adityaram has become extremely wealthy, he did not inherit anything. He worked his way up after coming from a small village in Andhra Pradesh and working out of a 400 sq. ft. office. Today, he has built a number of successful businesses and is proof that people who come from nothing can still become big.
Now, coming to the car collection of Adityaram P., the main highlight of his collection is his Petra Gold Rolls-Royce Ghost Series II. This sedan costs Rs 8 crore and comes powered by a massive 6.75-liter V12 engine that produces 563 horsepower and 820 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission, and the car can go from 0 to 100 kmph in just 4.6 seconds.
His second most expensive car is a Mercedes-Maybach S580, which costs Rs 3 crore. This sedan, finished in a dual-tone silver and blue shade, comes equipped with a 4.0-liter bi-turbo V8 mild-hybrid petrol engine. It generates 496 bhp of maximum power and 700 Nm of maximum torque. The main highlight of this SUV is its rear first-class lounge-like seats.
