The 2026 Tata Punch is one of the newest products from the brand. This micro-SUV is one of the most popular cars in the country, and its sales have been strong since its launch. Recently, the company has started delivering the Punch facelift to its awaiting owners, and recently a detailed video review of this SUV by the owner has been shared online.
This detailed video review of the Tata Punch facelift has been shared on YouTube by Shree Smile Motors Vlogs on their channel. It starts off with the owner of this SUV mentioning that he just bought this SUV and has been driving it. The vlogger then highlights that he has opted for the Pure variant of this SUV, which is the second base variant.

Following the introduction, the owner starts giving a detailed walkaround of this SUV. He starts by showing the exterior of this SUV and mentions that even in the second base trim, it comes offered with LED headlights. Next, the vlogger then shows the side profile and rear end of this SUV. He then adds that he likes the exterior design of the new model, as it looks very modern.
Moving ahead, he shows the interior of this SUV and mentions that this variant comes equipped with a manual air conditioning system, rear AC vents, all four power windows, and fabric upholstery. He adds that the Pure Plus variant comes with a few more features over this variant. He then also shows the engine bay of his Punch as well.

Following the walkaround, the vlogger then talks about why he bought the Tata Punch over Maruti Suzuki cars. He highlights that prior to buying the Punch facelift, he used to own a Maruti Suzuki Ignis and a Baleno. But after driving them for over five years, he has now chosen the Tata Punch, and he is very happy with the decision.
The vlogger adds that although the engine feels very slightly underpowered and noisy, it makes up for it in the safety department. Overall, he highlights that the build quality of the Punch is better. He concludes by stating that despite being smaller, the Punch offers a driving feel similar to that of a Maruti Suzuki Brezza and a Hyundai Venue.
Tata Motors launched the Punch facelift on January 13. It starts at Rs 5.59 lakh and goes all the way up to Rs 10.54 lakh. This time around, the company is offering it in six variants, including Smart, Pure, Pure Plus, Adventure, Accomplished, and Accomplished Plus S.

In terms of the biggest update, the new Tata Punch now gets a 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine. This is the same engine seen on the Nexon. It makes 120 PS of power and 170 Nm of torque. As for the gearbox, it is only being offered with a 6-speed manual. Other engine options remain the same as the previous model.
As for the features, it now comes loaded with a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a 7-inch digital driver’s display. It also gets touch-based automatic climate control, a 360-degree camera, a two-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated Tata logo, a voice-operated electric single-pane sunroof, and many others.
