Life is not the same for everyone. Among us, there are people who are fighting their own battles in life. We often come across reports and videos of individuals who are struggling due to chronic illnesses. This includes both adults and children. There are groups that try to take care of such individuals and also fulfil their needs and wishes. Here we have one such social media post where a foundation fulfilled the wish of an 11-year-old kid undergoing cancer treatment to sit inside a Lamborghini.
The images have been shared by Impact Foundation, and the name of the kid in this particular post is Mukund. He is 11 years old and is currently undergoing treatment for metastatic bone cancer. During this period, Mukund had shared a wish where he wanted to meet a celebrity and also sit inside a Lamborghini car.
While Lamborghini has become a popular brand among rich buyers in India, it is still a dream car for many young people in the country. The majority of them won’t even have seen one in person. The kid made this wish, and as per the post, what followed was nothing short of magical.
The post says,
“Aniruddh Karanjekar, a huge well-wisher of ImPaCCT Foundation, reached out to Lamborghini, and their team responded with incredible warmth. A Lamborghini car arrived at Tata Memorial Hospital to take Mukund and his mother on a long drive through the city. His joy didn’t end there—he was also welcomed to the Lamborghini showroom, where he spent special time with the team learning about the car he had only dreamed of until then.
As Mukund said with the biggest smile on his face, it was ‘the best day of my life.’”
In short, the kid not only got to sit inside a Lamborghini, but the owner also took him for a joyride. Instead of seeing just one Lamborghini, he got to see multiple Italian bulls that day.
Going by the pictures, Mukund sat inside a Lamborghini Urus SUV, and we can also see a smile on the faces of Mukund’s mother and Mukund himself. We also see Mukund sitting at a Lamborghini dealership with the staff. Customisation options and other materials that customers can choose from are visible in the background. Mukund then poses for a picture with a Lamborghini Revuelto.
The Revuelto is the replacement for the Aventador and is also the brand’s first plug-in hybrid supercar. The Revuelto is powered by a 6.5-litre naturally aspirated V12 engine paired with three electric motors and a 3.8 kWh lithium-ion battery pack.
Lamborghini claims this is their lightest and most powerful engine yet, generating 825 PS and 725 Nm of torque. When combined with the electric motors—two at the front and one at the rear—the Revuelto produces a combined output of 1,015 PS and 807 Nm of torque.
The Lamborghini Urus seen in the post appears to be the SE variant. The price of a brand-new Lamborghini Revuelto starts at ₹8.9 crore (ex-showroom), while the Lamborghini Urus starts at ₹4.18 crore (ex-showroom).
